We have 2 admin users with the access to Benefits administrator role(one is a super user and other is a Ben admin). The first user also has the IT admin role in addition to the Benefits admin role. Whenever the super admin adds a life event in Benefits Activity center, the medical plans, dental plans and vision plans are carry forwarded to the new life event. Whereas whenever the benefits admin add the same life event with the same occured date, the medical, dental and vision resets to waive plan. We do not have any issue with the employee self
