Updating diversity dropdown in Job Application fields on Career Site

Summary:

Hello All,

Our customer is asking us to update the Diversity Block of Job application flow that appears in Career site when a candidate applies to an open job requisiton, Changes are listed below:

1. Additional List of Values should be added
2. Verbiage of existing list of Values should be updated.
3. Instead of Checkboxes, their should be radio button.
4. And Order/sequence of the list of values should be updated to their preferred choice.

Is it possible by some setup?
