How to restrict Line manager to not share more than 'n' maximum goals and not exceed weightage?
Dear all,
Request your input on below scenario
- We have enforced maximum goals as 7 in the goal plan and sum of all goal weightage to be 100%.
- However, when line manager is sharing the goal the employee, no weightage exceeding validation or maximum goals reached validation is being done by system.
On employee-level the validations are working. However not when line manager does sharing of performance goals.
Is there any way to enforce any validation?
