How to restrict Line manager to not share more than 'n' maximum goals and not exceed weightage?

Dear all,

Request your input on below scenario

  1. We have enforced maximum goals as 7 in the goal plan and sum of all goal weightage to be 100%.
  2. However, when line manager is sharing the goal the employee, no weightage exceeding validation or maximum goals reached validation is being done by system.

On employee-level the validations are working. However not when line manager does sharing of performance goals.

Is there any way to enforce any validation?
