Summary:

We have created new Questionnaire and have come across a bug where Questions having response type TEXT > RICH TEXT BOX Response type display with double response box in preview as well as in Performance Document.

Is someone having same issue and hopefully solution in place ?

When replaced with Plain Text Box - issue got fixed, but we wish to keep Rich Text Box to enable respondents formatting.
