career couch in not working as like 26A after upgrade in 26B

Hi

I am facing the issue with the career couch with the release 26B, I have enable the career couch in 26A and that was working as expected in 26A for 2 month.
Now this weekend got upgrade to 26B, since then career couch stop working.
