Non Primary Assignment record is getting the enrollment opportunity on Life event evaluation

We have an Employee with 2 non-primary assignments and when we evaluate the Life event it opens the Enrollment window for the life events triggered against the non-primary assignment.

We think it should get processed and closed when we evaluate Life event for non-primary assignment.

We even added condition inside FF to check if the Primary assignment flag is "Yes" and Used the Primary assignment condition in the Eligibility profile as well, but no luck.

Can someone help us with how to configure this requirement to avoid the LE against non-primary assignment from getting processed.
