Blank performance document when HR Specialist uses Print functionality

Summary:

When an HR Specialist tries to print a performance document for a colleague using the embedded Print option, the report generates but without performance details. It only shows Employment Details but if she clicks on the document name, she can see the rating, manager comments, etc. Is there a permissions set up with printing required? Thank you.
