Earnings and Deduction Redwood page doesn't display element entries for New Hires

Summary:

As part of 26B, Earnings and Deduction page (in Payroll section) has been Redwood enabled. Its displaying entries for the existing employees. However, for a newly hired employee, it doesn't display any entries in Earnings and Deduction Redwood page. And the same behavior is observed on the Earnings and Deduction section in Quick Pay page.
In Responsive UI (in 26A), the entries were appearing correctly.

Has anyone else encountered this issue with the 26B Redwood transition? Are there specific process triggers or security privileges required for new hire records to populate in this new UI?
