HSA plan should not show if employee choose non high deductable plan.

Currently, the HSA plan will still populate on the screen when someone chooses a non-high deductible medical plan at the time of enrolling. The desire is to only have the HSA plan and options be viewed if the employee is eligible based on their eligibility and previous selections. If employee chooses non-high deductible plan, then HSA plan should not show to the employee. How can we achieve this
