In reports and analytics, from which table I can get engineering change order approver's name?

Trying to get this info to build a report for the customer. Table EGO_CHANGE_ACTIONS_B is supposed to show the change events, but independently of the event, it always gives the name of who created it, not the approver, even when filtering by column ACTION_TYPE = 'APPROVE'. Is anything missing here? How to get the ECO approver's name, user id or e-mail?
