Recruiting Activity Center - ability to add additional columns to default view

Summary:

Is there a way to add additional columns to the default list of columns? For example, custom field for comments, or dates - this would make the job requisition workflow more flexible to manage within the recruitment teams.

Use case: As a recruiter, I want to be able to view which requisitions are on hold due to information missing for example

I have checked VBS and I am only able to update what is viewed in the side drawer panels that display the req, candidate, offer information.
