REST APIs for Check-in documents not working. Delete API is not found

Summary:


REST APIs for Check-in documents create, update, delete including the maintenance for Individual Development Plan and Performance Improvement Plan(PIP) are not working for employee or line manager users. Also the Delete API is not found while functionality exists in HCM

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

The standard REST API provided in for Check-in documents take to 403 when:
A)New document is created
B)Existing document is tried to update

AND

NO API is listed for delete

The document listed path is "/hcmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/checkInDocuments" - Is this updated/latest path or does new APIs exist?
