Ratings and Calculation section appear greyed out

We are experiencing an issue with the Ratings and Calculations field under Performance Template > Structure wherein the Ratings and Calculations field in the Structure section is:

• Greyed out (read-only)
• Not displaying any value, despite the setup in the template section

Kindly note that Ratings are properly configured at the Performance Template Section and Rating Model is active and assigned correctly.
