Can anyone provide the API path or SOAP service to create/update tax reporting code in Customer Tax Profile

Content:

On customer site level we want to be able to create or update the field Tax Reporting Code.

I tried using RESTAPI: /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/partyTaxProfiles , but it does not include TaxReportingCode

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to create or update the TaxReportingCode through REST API or maybe Soap webservice?
