Restrict lookup values on HRA_EVALUATIONS DFF based on performance rating

Use case:

We are looking to create a DFF in our performance form for our YE reviewers to fill out but are looking to restrict the available lookup values based on the performance rating that is entered by the reviewer earlier in the form. For example, if the performance rating ='X', the lookup values available to the reviewer in the DFF would be 1/2/3 but if the rating were 'Y', the values would be 4/5/6.

This DFF is setup under HRA_EVALUATIONS.

We were able to leverage parameters in our assignment DFFs based on previously entered assignment values in Core HR (person_type_id), but wanted to see what options we had in the performance area.
