Hello Community,

We are currently facing a limitation in Oracle Workforce Compensation regarding the "Transfer Workforce Compensation Data to HR" process and Element Mapping for a User Defined Column.

Context:
Our client operates within a single LDG but has employees paid in multiple currencies (EUR, USD, GBP, etc.). Due to payroll requirements, they created separate payroll elements for each currency within the same LDG.

The issue arises when trying to map these multiple elements to the same User Defined Column in Workforce Compensation.

When attempting to add more than one element mapping for the same column and LDG, Oracle returns an error indicating that an element is already mapped for this column/LDG combination.
