On Compensation landing page -there is a checkbox "User-defined Analytic 1" Configuration

On the Compensation landing page, when the 'User Defined Analytic 1' checkbox is selected, a dropdown list of values (LOV) appears. Is there a way to customize the values in this LOV? If yes, could you please share the steps required to achieve this.

I have tried the configuration through VBS, its currently not possible.
