Unable to update Bank Account Transfer Attributes via FBDI/REST API
Problem Description
The Customer bank Account Transfer attributes could not be found to get modified using FBDi or REST API.
The fields are:
- Bank Charge Bearer Code
- Direct Debit Instruction Code
- Service Level
- Local instrument
- Purpose Code
Business Need
Whenever an update on the attribute field is required this has to done manually. If you have a number of customer records to update i.e. 20,000 records this is not a good functionality to achieve manually.
The OFC Bank Account Transfer Attributes on Customer Bill-to Site does’t exists in EBS, but this Attributes have to be populated in OFC, if the Payment Method is Direct Debit or “Direct Debit Credit Card”. If these fields are empty direct debit runs in error.
