Incumbents visibility when searched for a Position in Position Field

Summary:

Hello Team,

We have received a requirement from customer to enable Incumbent details when searched for a Position while creating a Requisition.

Would like to understand if it is possible or someone has any insight about this requirement to display the incumbents along with the Position Name, Code, Job Name and Department in position field.
