ORC Redwood - Interview Reschedule: "Meeting Host isn't in Interviewer List" warning

We are on Oracle Fusion HCM version 11.13.18.05 (Redwood UI) and facing an issue with interview rescheduling in Oracle Recruiting Cloud.

Scenario:
Recruiter creates an interview with themselves as Meeting Host and another person as Interviewer — works fine. When the same recruiter edits the interview to reschedule (change date/time only), the Edit screen shows warning: "Meeting Host isn't in the interviewer list"

Problem 1 - If recruiter ignores warning and saves:

  • Email goes to candidate but with no Teams meeting link
  • Previous Teams calendar invite gets deleted
  • No new calendar invite is created

Problem 2 - If recruiter adds themselves to Interviewers list to clear the warning and saves:
