Calibration / Adjustment of Performance Ratings within Oracle Fusion Performance Management

As per our business requirement, we need to perform calibration (adjustment of performance ratings) provided by line managers during the performance evaluation process.

The expectation is that this calibration activity should happen within the Performance Management module itself, and not through Compensation or any other module.

Could you please confirm:

  1. Is there any standard functionality available in Oracle Fusion HCM Performance Management to perform calibration or adjustment of ratings?
  2. If yes, what are the steps or configuration required to enable and use this functionality?
  3. If no, what is the recommended approach to achieve this requirement within Performance Management?
