Element Error when applying default with an event

Summary:

When trying to evaluate "Move" event getting an Error "There was a problem saving the elections because another enrollment exists in the same element that this enrollment uses. Element Medical, Rate INO_UHC Choice Plus PPO Associate + 1 - EE Rate, Effective date 2026-05-07."

Current Configuration at Program > Plan Type (Same for medical & dental)

Enrollment Method  Explicit

Enrollment Change  Change plan or option

Enrollment Rule  Current - can keep or choose; new - can choose

Default enrollment Rule - Formula

Default Enrollment Formula  INO_BEN_MOVE_LIFE_EVENT_DEFAULT_ENROLLMENT_FF

The employee is moving between states and we have specific Kaiser plans for different states so employee will drop the current Kaiser plan when moving out of that state and default to another Kaiser plan for which we have the FF.
