Native Integration between Fusion Service and Field Service

Hi,

We have followed this document to create connection in Fusion Service for activity creation in Fusion Field Service. We are able to successfully create the activity from Service WO. However when I expand the Field Service Activities tab within the Fusion Service WO we are getting error and activity details are not coming up. Would the activity ID also sync back to Fusion Service with this Native integration?
