Document Not Visible in Employee Records When Uploaded via “Request for More Info”

Hi,

I’m currently testing the Request for More Information functionality in Oracle Recruiting and have encountered an issue related to document visibility.

When a candidate uploads a document in response to a Request for More Information, the document is expected to be associated with the selected Document Type Category and made available in the employee’s document records.

However, in my case the candidate is able to upload the document successfully. The document is visible within the candidate submission context along with the document type classification but the document is not automatically appearing in the employee document records under the expected document type category.
