Unable to select ratings in Talent Review Table

Hello,

Has anyone encountered an issue in the Talent Review where ratings cannot be selected in the review table?

I copied an existing talent review and sent it out, but both the participant and HR were unable to select any ratings in the table. They were able to enter tasks and comments without issue.

As a workaround, they were able to update the ratings using the graph view instead.

I also tested creating a new review from scratch, and the same issue persists.

Has anyone experienced this behavior or identified the cause? Are there any configuration settings, roles/privileges, or known issues that could affect rating selection in the table view?
