How to restrict Price Adjustment for users in Redwood Debrief

When price list line has been marked to "Allow price adjustment", redwood debrief allows users to adjust the price. A user with "Field Service Administrator" role is able to access debrief charges and adjust prices. However, not all administrators should be allowed to adjust prices.
