Unable to view change beneficiary task under quick action redwood benefits

in Payroll and Global Payroll Interface (GPI)

Approach:
Published a sandbox: navigated to Me → Quick Actions → Benefits, enabled Change Beneficiaries with Visible = Yes and Mobile Enabled = Yes.
Selected "Add as a quick action link on home page".
Assigned the BEN_CHANGE_BENEFICIARIES_PRIV privilege to test users.

Change Beneficiary Tile Missing in Redwood: After publishing, the tile does not appear under Me → Benefits in Redwood. It is only accessible via Me → Show More, which opens the responsive (non-Redwood) page. Beneficiary changes submitted there succeed, but the same action is not visible in Redwood.

Impact: Employees are currently unable to complete beneficiary changes through the Redwood self-service interface, which is the intended and required user experience.
