Journey tasks is wrongly sending reminders, any idea why?
We have reminders wrongly being sent in some scenarios, i.e.
- Tasks which are not live yet . These tasks are not active on the journey list yet but user is being sent reminders already to complete them.
- Task which are later flagged as non applicable when defined criteria is not met. These are non applicable taks for user so reminders should not be sent either but are being wrongly sent.
Is there any idea why this is happening?
Reminder has not been set on the task level nor journey level as shown in screenshot.
