Can the effective date of delivered life events be changed?

Summary:

We are using delivered Life Events like Open, Conversion which has effective date other than 01/01/1951 which we are using. Is there a way to change the effective dates to 01/01/1951 to keep them uniform in reports. The life events are already in use.
