Critical : What options /recommendations we have for community on career site

Hi,

Our client is currently using SmartRecruiters, where they have the capability to create multiple talent communities based on specific skills, along with prescreening questions, and invite candidates to join those communities. Then, these communities are used as 'pools' by the Recruiter for further engagements with the candidates.

Whereas, in Oracle, only a single Talent Community can be maintained, and it does not support prescreening questions.

As a workaround, we recommended using pipeline requisitions, as they provide a lean candidate selection process, flexibility to include prescreening questions, and the ability to create talent pools based on specific criteria. However, the client is not very comfortable with this approach.
