Exclude certain technician-type resources from the quota and routing plan

Hello community, I hope you are doing well.

I would like to ask if it is possible to exclude certain technician-type resources from the quota and routing plan in Oracle Field Service.

The customer would like to use the assistant configuration for technicians; however, they do not want those assistants to be considered within the quota or routing process.

Our question is whether there is any configuration that allows these resources to be specifically excluded, or if, because assistants are ultimately configured as technician-type resources, they will always be taken into account for quota and routing.

We would greatly appreciate any guidance or recommendations you can provide regarding this scenario.
