ICP - How to validate "Amounts" in multiple plans raised at the same time?

Summary:
The Customer would like to apply the reimbursement of different categories falling under same option and same plan at the same time. Is there a way we would validate "All" submissions at once. The input value validation would only work at individual requests. If this is not possible then is there a workaround other than submitting requests one by one?
