Recruiter Receiving You don't have enough privilege to perform this action Error

Summary:

In ORC Redwood, the recruiter is attempting to manually input the candidate's National Identifier and Biographical Info (date of birth) but they receive the following error when they select save: "You don't have enough privilege to perform this action"

Is there a privilege that needs to be added to our custom recruiting and HR roles that will resolve this error or is it a different issue? This is currently not an issue in RUI.

We already have the following privileges added for the recruiter to be able to update the candidate's phone number, email, and address.
