Description in Hierarchies Redwood page in Maintenance Cloud

Summary:

Most of the columns look empty , especially the description in the Hiearchy redwood page. Is this expected? User would like to create a work order by drilling down the hierarchy and without knowing the description, they can't figure out the correct asset. Is this expected?
