Pending actions show up only on and after coverage start date
In case an employee reports a birth of child as of May 20th and makes the enrollment changes - the coverage and rate start date is on first of next month, that is - June 1st. Now as part of assigning a child, there is suspension and interim rules setup. The pending action of uploading a document (birth certificate) shows up only on June 1st, not as of May 20th when enrollments were made. Is there a way to make sure it shows up as soon as the enrollments are submitted without changing the coverage start date?
