In Redwood the Maintenance Technician can modify start date/end date of Released Work Order

Summary:

We are testing the Redwood Maintenance Management Landing Page functionality. While logged in as a Maintenance Technician (role: ORA_MNT_MAINTENANCE_TECHNICIAN_JOB) and using the navigation: Supply Chain Execution > Maintenance Management - the tech is able to view work orders.

When the tech clicks on a Released work order they are able to view/modify the General Information section of the Work order after the Work Order has been released.

We do not want the Techs to have access to update this information on Released Work Orders.
