Redwood Self-service Configuration not taking

Summary:

Benefits Self Service Configuration: Post Enrollment Survey, Display Primary Care Physician and Self Service Enrollment Path have all been set in our pod. But when we navigate to Self Service Enrollment, the screen is not reflecting the set configuration.

Benefits Administration > Plan Configuration > Task Menu > Enrollment Display > Self-Service Configuration 

Toward the top of the page, you will see Primary Care Physician: 

Uncheck the checkbox:

Scroll to the bottom of the page to the Redwood Self-Service Enrollment section. 

Set the Self-Service Enrollment Path: Hide the step and default to Discovery 

Uncheck Display Post-Enrollment Survey
