Unable to see jobs with opportunity filter set to"All"

Hello community,

There are multiple job requisitions posted for both internal and external candidates. However, when employees go into Opportunity Marketplace, they are not able to see job openings automatically because the filter is set to “All.” They must first select Jobs in order to view the internal openings.

Is there anything else that needs to be configured so job openings are visible even when the filter is set to “All”?
