Receiving "Approvals are in progress. Info is locked," message, but the transaction was approved

in Compensation

Our HR Specialists are trying to end an assignment that recently had a Change Salary transaction. This transaction was submitted on May 20 and approved on May 21. It is showing in the transaction as completed and there are no other transactions on the employee in the Transaction Console.

Has anyone experienced anything like this?
