Can plan dependency rules be set with effective start/end dates?

Summary:

I currently have plan dependency rules set up for a particular group of plans in two different plan types (medical plan type and spouse verification plan type). I am going to be changing the plans in the spouse verification plan type (reducing from 3 plans to 1) and eligibility for the original three plans will be ended as of 8/1. I know I will need to create new rules to validate between my existing medical plans and the new spouse verification plan, but is there any way to keep the old rules valid until 8/1? Or do
