Unable to see smart forms in other than English Language

in Self Service Procurement

Hi Oracle Experts,

We’ve observed inconsistent behavior when switching the preference language from English to Dutch on the Redwood SSP page 26B

Specifically:

  • Certain smart forms do not appear in the search window when using English.
  • The same forms do appear when the language is set to Dutch.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? I tried checking for pointers or documentation but couldn’t find anything relevant. Any insights or guidance would be appreciated.
