Competency Comments/Progress Notes Not Showing in Performance Document Preview Panel

Summary:

We are seeing inconsistent behavior between Goals and Competencies in performance document preview panels. Updates and comments made to Goals carry into the performance document preview panel as expected; however, comments entered on Competencies within Skills & Qualifications do not appear in the performance document preview panel.

We are trying to determine whether:

  • There is a configuration we may be missing that enables competency comments/progress notes to carry forward into performance documents, or
  • If this is expected system behavior, whether the Progress Notes section on competencies within the performance document preview panel can be hidden to avoid confusion for end users.
