Contact List View to be displayed only Contacts created in Oracle Sales

in Sales

The Contact List view shows contacts who have not been created in Sales, and who are not associated with an Oracle Sales account.
The client would want to see only contacts really created/used in Oracle Sales.
How do you suggest we can implement this?
Can we use the "Created By Module" field or standard logic already uses it in some ways?
