Is there a way to view resume in separate tab like RUI in redwood UI from job application list page?

Summary:

In job application list page there is a resume preview link which opens the preview in a separate browser tab in RUI, but in redwood UI it opens as a side bar. Is there a way to have the same experience as RUI. We have received feedback from recruiters that – ability to click on Resume hyperlink and have it open as a new tab was very useful for recruiters as it helped us review resumes in a faster pace. Now, it opens in a smaller window within the same tab and is not efficient.
