Open Detailed Report when you Right-Click in Forms

We have a Manage Department Requests form where they can put in their own Requests

I have added a right-click menu option so they can open and print report depending on what version we are currently in on their end without going to the actual Reports page and trying to find that report every time

I copied the report URL in Reports Card and have put it in the action menu. It is opening up fine but as you can see in the screenshots, I have right-clicked Request 54 and it defaulted on Request 1 and I would have to find that Request number in the POV selection. I want it to dynamically open whichever Request number they select. How do I do this? Thank you
