ORC-How to send referral request notifications to the candidate automatically

Hello Everyone,

Earlier our client was using Taleo and now migrating to ORC.

As per my client, In Taleo there is a option to send referral request notification directly from candidate profile to the candidate email.

In the same way they are expecting in ORC recruiter able to send referral request notification to the candidate email.

Could you help us with any ideas?
