We are using Oracle Field Service integrated with CCS/WACS, where activities are synchronized between both systems.

Currently, Resource Usage functionality is not available for CCS activities when the activity is in Started, Suspended, or Not Done status.

For Suspended activities, our understanding is that Oracle Field Service creates a cloned activity with a new Activity ID while retaining the original activity in Pending status. As a result, the Activity ID in OFS is no longer synchronized with the Mobile ID in CCS/WACS, which may explain why Resource Usage is not supported.
