how to restrict My Team > Feedback Center to only show Direct & All Reports not show Others

Summary:

Currently if a Line Manager clears the Report filter on the My Team > Feedback Center page they see everyone across the organisation.

We would like to restrict a Line Manager to only see their Direct Reports and All Reports, not everyone.

We would like to:

[1] hide and not show the "others and Delegates" in the dropdown list.

[2] if "others and Delegates" is shown in the dropdown list, clicking doesn't show everyone else, only Direct / All Reports.

[3] hide the column Assignment Status.

Anyone else know &/or figured how to do this ?
