Replace auto complete rules with Business rules to transition into Redwood
We currently use autocomplete rules to support pay transparency on our requisitions. This is a legal requirement in US & Canada who are using ORC. As we transition the remaining pages to Redwood, we want to ensure that this functionality can be replicated using Business Rules.
We have created two DFFs on the requisition page to capture the salary minimum and maximum. Our goal is to default the Pay Range (DFF) based on a combination of two fields: a seeded field (Recruiting Type) and a custom field (Workplace DFF).
Is it possible to configure this logic using Business Rules?
