Get Contact Date of Birth and Disability status in a "Participant and Rate Eligibility" Fast Formula

Hi,

We have a requirement to get Contact's Date of Birth (to calculate age) and Disability status in a "Participant and Rate Eligibility" Fast Formula, to calculate eligibility of some voluntary plans. We are able to get date of birth but not the disability status. Has someone been able to do that?

The requirement is basically to check eligibility of a child who is either less than 26 yrs old or more than 26 yrs old but have disability flag as yes. Attached is our current FF text.
